Zomato — amount deducted twice but order placed only once | |||
I had ordered baby corn chilly for rs 128 from dumsum, patna on 12th july, 2019. While ordering in the transaction step it said transaction incomplete, order not placed. This happened twice.in the third time the order got successfully placed. I later noticed that an amount of rs 128 has been debited twice from my account in name of zomato though only a single order was successfully placed. I hereby provide the order number of the orders. 1. Unsuccessful order at 6:21 pm, [protected]. 2. Unsuccessful order at 6: 22 pm, [protected]. 3. Successful order at 6:24 pm, [protected].
