Zomato — amount refunding

Date of incident - 24 january 2019 (Thursday)
Refund reference number -75503729029026598146876

I ordered food from zomato on 24th january. The amount was debited from my account and payment got failed. Zomato guy are saying the amount has been refunded but that is not credited to my account. They provided the reference number which i mentioned above.
