Zomato — an damaged cake | |||||
I ordered cake through zomato. When i received the cake box, it was totally spilled or damaged. Half of the cake was on one side of the box. I took a picture and posted on zomato app support centre. My cake costed around rs 350. Since it was a total fault of zomato delivery service. I asked them to refund the entire amount. They agreed that's its their fault but they said that they are only allowed to give get flat rs94 off on your next order. I was shocked such a big brand name and are not ready to take ownership for their fault i said i want to escalate the matter. This is the most pathetic service. I should be compensated adequately for their fault. Item are spoiled and not edible. I want my whole money back or re order my item. The whole item was spillage issue, this whole incident just ruined my mood and i have felt so Was this information helpful? | |||||
