I am writing to formally appeal the termination of my Zomato delivery ID [FE5086768]. I was informed that my account was deactivated due to poor performance and frequent fraudulent cancellations. However, I want to clarify that the actual reason for my inactivity was an unfortunate accident, which temporarily prevented me from delivering orders.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, but I had no intention of violating Zomato’s policies. Since my recovery, I am now fully prepared to resume work and continue delivering with dedication. I kindly request you to reconsider my case and reinstate my account.
