Dear sir, my zomato id is disabled on friday 19Nov2022, sir i took a multi order at around 9 pm from hotel hayat north sikar, and then i successfully delivered one of them, and when i am reached at 2nd order drop location, the customer called me and said address wrong then i call support team and i talk to them and told them that customer address wrong and i reported to the support team, and one multi order cancelled by the merchant, because merchant denied to give me any order, and then i reported the support team, and the support team cancelled the both of order by their self, so basically total two of orders are incompleted showing in my profile, and my id was disabled on 19Nov2021 at night
Sir i contacted to the zomato support team, and also my TL, i but today is my 3rd day i am not able to do my job, i joined zomato as a delivery partner on 19nov2021, and on my first day sir i did a lot of hard work, i did my job for atleast 8hrs sir
Also i beg for my mistake if i did any mistake i apologize for everything that i mistakenly did, and i want to better improve my performance and my hard work, so please let me give a chance sir, its my humble request
Please sir help me as soon as possible so i can able to get back to the work as soon as possible, thank you soooo much sir
