Ear Sir,

Kindly note that Zomato Media Pvt Ltd has auto debited two amt from my Paytm account this early morning. For this I don't have any idea and knowledge. I did not make any such transaction to Zomato for any order and don't have idea also.

Order Id- ZTD-21-CBC9A55B7506B, amt of Rs. 1801.45 on 22 Aug 2021 at early morning03:54 am.
Order Id ZTZTIP-21-EAF3FC7359, amt of Rs. 42 on 22 Aug 2021 at early morning04:39 am.

I have attached paytm screen shot of auto payment debited.

    Hi, I ordered a set of sweets today.
    Ordered 2*500gms of Kaju barfi.
    Received 2*250gms, confirmed at a local shop that it was 250 gms

    customer support executive told the best they can do give me 100rs as compensation. and he told me that shopkeeper sent the perfect items.

    Now you tell me I lost 590 rs, How am I supposed to okay and live with this?

    I went to the shop myself and confirmed that it was 250gms and not 500gms. The shopkeeper told It was the rider's default, he picked the wrong package. But customer service executive told the shopkeeper sent the perfect item.I created a chaos there and shopkeeper gave me 500gms .

    Now I travelled myself to shop and what was zomato doing here ?what is the point of apologies and 100rs compesation if I had to travel myself even after prepaid order with delivery charges.

    After that, I called customer support executive to know whose fault was this, if it is zomato's then refund me . But the best you can do give me 100rs, customer executive took a conference calls with shopkeeper and shopkeeper was telling it was all my fault, I disturbed them.

    Now tell me who is responsible for my 3 hours lost even after being a pro member.The best you guys can do 100rs as compenstion and give me assurance It wont happen again.(haha!Am I a joke to you?)for all these.If I hadn't travelled to shop I would have lost my 590rs.

    I want full refund for this order and my pro membership charges back. Will never order from zomato.What is the point If I had to travel my self there.Even I paid taxes and delivery charges.

            Hi, I have used the promo code worth 1000 rs for a 720 rs order.
            When I tried to use the remaining amount, it says promo code already used. After talking to AI bot of zomato, it's saying, you can not use the remaining amount because it's one-time promo code. This is clearly fraud. I need my remaining amount.

He kept his bike near our office parking and he took the helmet from our office parking bike. I have attached the video CCTV footage as proof.                       Yesterday I have order chicken from sanjha chulhaa faridabad.after 40 min.I recieved order but without zomato sticker..This is not acceptable..the delivery boy is so humble and punctual to time but the zomato service is Disappointed.As I am a regular customer of zomato

                          I have made an order from zomato and made my payment for the same.
                          infact my payment was processed and later the order was shown "incomplete".
                          i have already made a compliant against zomato in their customer forum and got a confirmation mail stating that the refund will be processed with in 5-6 days.
                          this happened on the 9 th day of aug 2021 and now 10 days apart .no refund has been issued by them.

                            On 16th Aug i had order Biryani from Zam Zam restaurant Kolkata but i did not get the parcel. I had make the pre payment as well. When the parcel not being deliver to me then i called the Delivery man "Azim" he did not receive my call and after that i tried him to call with another number to contact him. After receiving my call he misbehaved with me. This is really pathetic. And after all these i got a call from Zomato customer care, they told me that the amount will refund but still i did not get my money back. I want my refund as well as the action against the delivery man.

                                        Zomato I am completely disappointed with your services, I have ordered some food from restaurant one the same day I had reported that quality is not up to the mark n employees assured me that it won't repeat again, after some day I have ordered food from place n this time quality n quantity both were not up to the mark n then Zomato ppl advice not to order food from same place going forward n will process you refund n also confirm me that we have process your refund as on 2nd Aug but till date it's not credited in my account n I am taking follow up since last 5 days on the same while every one has confirmed that refund will get credited in 5/7 working days, wait for few more days etc etc

                                        Today again I took follow up n today on 14th day without checking any records executive confirmed that it's 6th working day today n you have to wait 1 more day n after having a strong arguments she has confirmed that refund wasn't initiated on 2nd Aug today I have initiated the same n you have to wait more 5/7 working days now

                                        So do we need keep on roming around your employees for the task like food quality, food quantity refund process, refund not credited etc etc??

                                        It's purely mental haressment at another level will make sure to take a legal actions against the same also will spread this all over social media so ppl learn raised voice against your inappropriate working style n also I am looking for compensation for mental haressment done by their employees which effects my health
