        I am ordered pizza from taste engine by zomato. When my food package delivered to me i am open the box and see A RUBBER BANK BAKED IN PIZZA.
        I contact to the zomato customer service and send images but they doesn’t have any resolution.

          I cant use cash on delivery on the app once i have cancelled the order and then the vallet said to me that now you have to use online payment method for once for future order i have done online paymnent method for two orders but still i cant use the cash on delivery option

            I ordered bonless chiken biryani from fassos nagpur and the food delivered was so stale and tge biryani was deliverd in a papper box which was totally wet and was so unhygienic that i have to place a complaint for refund but they did not even talked about refund and said we are soory and leaved chat this type o[censored]seless customer care service is of no use wasting our time and money need my refund of rs 162₹

            Neither refunding money nor even coprating for any solution i need my refund back as the restaurant served me stale food whicv is not acceptable at all

              I ordered food for my sister living in a different city. It was a online payment but food never got delivered as Zomato valet straight away denied his duty saying he can't go that far and cancelled and I got 0 refund.I am not surprised because this is how Zomato works. I am requesting everyone reading this please do not make online payment as your hard earned money can go on vain. Customer support is never available even if they are you won't get any help.

                      I have ordered foo for KFC with 3 strip chiken, 2 burger and chiken wing. Horrible food came home,   burger and wings were still ok. But the chiken strip was horrible, after  receiving those food 5 times I called that store, text them with problem..  no answer. Noticed  that last time on july 23, I had same quality problem with this store, we called 7 times, text them to call us.. no one response.. typical a fraud people behave this way.
                      My daughter was very hungry, till 3 30pm she could not eat and I ordered food through your online and these bunch of fraid store you divert which is not correct,
                      This time also  I have been deceived with this store. Chiken strip made only with crupm, no chiken inside. Last time this store did the same. How possibly one can cheat CUSTOMERs just for little gain? But I paid full price for it.

                      Today, I  am not writing any reviews and wait for your reply. I want to get back 3 chicken strip money for today and on july 23, I ordered for pop corn chiken an d the things I have received, barely made of any chiken inside.

                      I wish them  ROT in a hell but this time zomato.. you better save your ###. I give only today's time. Tomorrow I  will be on my own  the review you have never received before.

                        Stealing money from my credit card

                        I have made a complain 1 hour before about the rubbish food, now I see zomato also steal customer money from Credit card. You have already took the money from my credit card and again you have charge by cash of$745 food that I ordered.
                        First I try with my credit card which says " transaction failed", I thought my credit card did not go through, my daughter wanted to order so.ething else but when it says transaction failed then I ordered...

                                I had ordered veg handi and kadhai paneer. I've found a plastic piece in kadhai paneer and both the dishes were extremely spicy.. Plus when I wanted to talk to your support team there was nobody attending me why so? Nobody had eaten food in my house including my mother who had kept fast day before yesterday... I'm extremely disappointed with the service.. till now I've not got any call nor any reply to my e-mails... I'm going to put a big review using multiple accounts on Google your customers should know how you'll treat your Zomato pro customers!!!

                                  I am shail Patel here, I ordered one panjabi thali from crave eatable in bhavnagar, Gujarat.
                                  I was waiting for him and suddenly he calls me that "your location is not proper so plz lem me know where is your location we should have to deliver at local where we should have to see in our mobile app."
                                  Then I said "dear my location is perfect in my mobile but to I can guide to reach here"
                                  Then he said " it's ok give some extra money for my time and petrol expense"

                                  Is that right way to talk and he is just far where I can see and him . And I have call recording again him and his name was "S A M I R " and his mobile no. Which shows in my Zomato app is [protected] .

                                  I want strictly action against hime and keen inform me about my problem and here he demond for extra mone and I have to shamed among all my neighbour I was my delivery charge back and strictly action against "Mr. S A M I R having mobile number[protected]"

                                  And I have record audio call which he call me from [protected] and demand me to give extra money to come to my location although I have not wrong location ... And just 2 min ago I ordered same thali from same restorant from my father's mobile and whith same location he comes to me in time with right location ... So I want my money back and and give lesson to Mr S A M I R.
