As discussed with you customer care executive from dispute department, attaching snap where zomato confirmed that they have not received the money as the payment got failed .


My 1393.75 Rupee got deducted while placing the order on zomato on 18 June at 12:13 pm, have waited for 8 working days but have not received my money yet.
I am continuously following up with Zomato but they not reverting back to me

Please help

      On 17th July 2021 at 12 : 42 pm 713 Cash got deducted from my paytm wallet automatically
      And also before that On 13 th June 777 rupees got deducted from my paytm wallet automatically pls look into the matter and REFUND MY MONEY BACK

        I have placed an order at 7:58 pm today (16th Jul 2021) from restaurant Mehfill manikonda hyderabad for chicken biriyani family pack and paid amount 516.50 thru netbanking and amount debited. Few minutes later when ichecked Zomato app, realized that order is not placed and checked out item is still in cart.

          I order 1 X White Sauce Pasta
          1 X Dahi puri
          Dahi puri is melted nd there is no no taste only papdi and they tamatar on it and pasta pack in a Polly bag and its tasteless i dont get any masalaa extraa to eat that pasta . My money is totally wasted.

                  I have ordered vadapav from your app, the order number is [protected]. I have made complaint to your agent about vadapav without "vada", they have wasted my time, mentally harassed me and not provided full refund. By telling that only vada is missing!! who eats vadapav without "vada"??

                  This is second time I have been cheated.

                  I need 1000rs compensation for it.

                      I m rider dwarka zone delhi of your company I m very less rating our TL so that TL is threat me & told me improve my rating otherwise your id is terminated or disabled permanently. TL is never visit in feild if they visit then totally drunk n demand any order by hook or crook.Some pet rider provide cancelled order & handover to TL. If they're not do this then rider id is permanently blocked or idel mode then can't receive any order. I m also complain to Zomato CEO mail id but can't take any action for TL.

                            The pizzas were half baked, the toppings fell over everywhere inside the packaging.

                                    I was searching for my food (veg tikki cheese burger)which price was RS-60 and after adding to the bill the price change to RS-140. Shop is near by me 1-2 km aprox from my house instead of that they are costing me RS-40 as delivary charges and remaining as TAX. Such a cheap I am getting it's better to go and bring it from shop itself

                                      We ordered 2 chicken burger combo, 1 fries cheesy and 1 chicken wrap. Payemet was done via paytm linked to zomato.However chicken wrap was missing. Hence when called to Valet Rupesh he replied that this is not his concern and they should call Burger King directly. We have lost money.
                                      Apart from that trust on zomato is also lost.
                                      If food is delievered then it is responsibility of valet to confirm that all items are delivered. If zomato is not taking responsibility then it is better taste we order directly from these food chains.
