I have place an order for 12 people and they to0k around more and 2 hour and status was still being prepared.
When i called restaurant number was not reachable and i asked donates on chat they said we don’t have delivery boy as well.

We went out to receive that order till 5km and waited for 30-60 min.

When i asked them to cancel it they were like you will not receive your money then.

Order was off around 5000 rs. I need my refund back

Highly disappointed by zomato. They don't have any option to talk with the customer care team. The chat option is also fully controlled by them, based on their options.

I called the delivery guy and he is telling he is buys and will come after an hour. What m i suppose to do? Wait for him to be free? What nonsense is this? I'm trying to connect with the cc team but i could not find any way.

Never gonna use this app! Swiggy is far better! Stupid support. They don't care about customer at all.

I have ordered from zomato order id [protected].
I didn't received order but i got mail for order delivered, when i tried to connect with them then their is no proper reply also, they are saying if delivery boy said yes he delivered then your money is gone.

Also when i sent mail then i got reply they will look into this issue which i feel they will never do so.

Now i don't trust on zomato this is 2nd time happen with me.

I ordered food from zomato. They delivered wrong order.in my order chapati and papad was missing when i discussed this issue to zomato support staff and asked them to collect back your order and give my money back. They said that zomato do not any any option to give the money back. They offered me 40 as zomato credit but on zomoto no food order can be placed in 40 zomato credit. The incorrect order which is delivered to me is not sufficient formy hunger. Now i have to place another order which will cost me rs124. I can complete my lunch in rs124 but because of mistake of zomato i have to bring food again. This is hoe zomato is cheating people.
Please look into this issue and help me get my money back

I ordered food at 4 last night. When i proceeded towards payment, i chose online banking. It asked for otp and then somehow the payment wasn't successful. So i ordered it again but the amount was deducted twice. I saw it today and now no one from zomato is picking up my calls no number from the helpline is in use. I cannot contact the helpline. The amount is rs. 1177

I had ordered food through zomato from ancient Hyderabad restaurant Bangalore, after 1 hour i get a call from zomato support that there is a strike and your order won't be delivered, pathetic! When i call the restaurant they say that the delivery boy has already picked up my order.. and when i call the delivery boy.. he isn't picking my call. I'm hungry and they are troubling me... this is fraudulent behavior from zomato and they should be punished according to the law of such a dignified constitution in india.

I ordered for the food from a restaurant on zomato app for total amount 478 rs at 20:08 hours. The order was placed at 20:08 hours and i cancelled the order at 20:09 hours. Now zomato is levying the full amount of bill as the cancellation fees. That is totally wrong.in this case you might ask for the nominal cancellation charge depending upon the cancellation time and whether the food is prepared or not but when it is being cancelled the...

Yesterday i have order from zomato at 8.28 pm order no. [protected] for pizza i have paid online google pay amount of 167.80 rs but not recive my order yet i want refund the dominos company dosnt responce for call i have call ment times yesterday but the not reciving call and not refunding my amount plz look into matter i have call zomato assiat the saying we are unhelp full for that but thats not my problem i have use his app dominos not responding for that and they dilver my where i dont no and at 11.00 pm i dont no plz look into the matter

I am a citizen of kolkata stayed behind south city mall, i have complaint about the restaurant which is registered to your platform, i. E, wow bengali they have rented a 2 bhk flat and implemented the exhausted fan in the kitchen which is exactly towards my house. All time the smell and all the garbage from the kitchen are inserted into my home i talked their owner toh implement the chimney but they are not listening to it and also i have given rent to some girls they are commenting them in between this way of attitude couldn't be control by anyone. My only source of income is the rent which i get and because of them no one wanted to live here. Always they torcher us with the garbage of the kitchen. I am requesting you to please ban wow bengali from your site or warn then to leave the place in a room it is not possible to cook this much food from 8:00am to 11:00 pm continuously they are engaged in cooking and all the garbage are inserted into are room.

Sir i want to complaints agains to delivery boy by when i order as my address but gps location not correct and your delivery boys said to me sir i reached your destination i m able to come your home just.5 km distance but than he say if you gave me 50 extra than i delivered and food order not refundable finally i pay some extra 50 rupee and finally he delivered can i ask to your delivery boy only location place not to walk or extra 2 minut time to deliver i have recorded and paytm details to pay money please take action some delivery boy... I am a regular zomato customer from bangalore.

I have a gold membership i had ordered food and the restaurant delivered me a different food and informed this to customer service

They refunded back my money back two times.

When placing the order my account has been blocked by zomato.

I want pay you back refunded money for past order. I send so many mails but no response, i didn’t have done any suspicious things. Once check my past orders.

Zomato delivery become very bad. After completing food order, delivery man can not deliver the food, because location is 5.7 km, although location is less than 5 km. Zomato told to self pickup. This synario I have faced 2 time. Zomato delivery man behaviour also not good.

If delivery man has problem to deliver food, then why Zomato accept the order or assign such type of delivery man, who can not deliver food.

And if Zomato takes delivery charges, than why customer care told to pick up food

We have ordered our food from zomato and it was a thali and we found that there are living worms present inside the box. Before ordering we saw that the restaurant maintenance it’s packaging so what should we do now to ensure this doesn’t happen with any other customer and i want to file a complaint against zomato and the concern person.

I am a new zomato customer. I have ordered food 2 Non Veg Ghar ki Thali and 3 Non Veg Dhaba Thali from Indian Bites Restaurant. This is my first ever order on zomato. I have received completely tasteless food and missing salad and raita and some of them were uncooked and were having a really bad food. My bill is Rs-1415. It is small quantity This not Zomato label which it is FOOD Panda label. The quality and quantity is poor. I am speak in Indian Bites Restaurant but he is not response. i am already speak half and hours.. Zomato isn't giving me the food for free, i pay for it and i deserve a proper food with good customer service. I wanted to return the order as soon as it got delivers but i the support team was pathetic. This my pathetic experience.

I tried contacting the zomato but there was no response from them.

Is this the kind of service we would expect?

It's been some time since my zomato account with zomato gold has been blocked.
I tried to contact zomato for my last order which had wrong items in it and had also shared a photo. Also, there was an order with spillage issue which i had complained against. I was refunded zomato credits but then my account was blocked without any notification, and my zomato gold usage was also terminated with that. I tried contacting zomato over mail but they were totally unresponsive and unwilling to listen.
Kindly help me in this.

I am ankita here to complaint for zomato and delivery valley of zomato
They dont follow trafic rules. They always go rong side and with speed & i faced accident 2 time due to them. 1 delivery valley parked rongly in our society & we are telling nicely but instead of talking nicely they become viloent every time in every case. And there is no complain number of zomato company.
There is no place to complain about food, service or this type of incidents.

I dont know the name of zomato vallet but i have its vehicle no.

I have made amount on 9/9/19 7:15pm amount is 550rs for delivery job in zomato amount is paid on paytm number after I paid the amount there is no mail from zomato for my id link and dress the mail id is of zomato [protected]@gmail.com the company received my payment and after receiving my payment he is not reply to me kindly help me refund my money

I wanted to file a complaint against Zomato.com. I am a pure Jain vegetarian and ordered a "Special Veg Platter Tossed In Chef Special Secret Sauce" from Schezwan Chef
Building **, Aditya Mall, Near SRS Ticket Counter, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Guess what my worst nightmare came true and instead of vegetarian, I end up receiving a non-vegetarian dish. This sounds unbelievable. I could have ended up this and regret my entire life. This is insensitive, inhuman, playing with someone's emotions, religious beliefs. I spoke to customer care as well they said we can't help you and his response was "Right now, I am unable to give you any promise and I can't stop you take your step."
