I ordered food on 22.09.19 (Rs 717).
When payment made in app it showed payment failed try again.
Again made payment (Rs 717).
Delivery boy called me and said order placed twice, and to my surprise payment also done twice.
Customer care guy called me from and said amount can't be refunded. Zomato is not ready to accept that it's their app failure.

    I ordered food from a restaurant in zomato at around 1:05 pm on 22nd september, 2019. Order no : [protected]. I tried to pay through gpay. The payment was done. The money was debited but there are no signs of message about the process being incomplete and the money being refunded. Same issue happened with swiggy last week but there was an immediate message regarding refund. Kindly look into this issue please.

      I selected patym upi for payment and money got deducted from bank and credited to zomato but in zomato app it showed payment failed, how i am supposed to get the money bank.
      I placed an order at 1:21 pm and zomato showed payment failed but money was creditted to zomato from my bank account, no one is picking up at zomato chat and the western region customer care is temperarily out of service.
      Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        First time i was paying online for the order, the transaction got failed so i entered the otp again.
        But my money got cut twice for the same order.
        Please look into it and refund rs 236 as it got debited twice from my account.
        My money got deducted twice for only one order.
        Kindly refund my money from one order. Rs 236

          I have order my food from zomato within 5 min i had to cancel my order because promo code was not applied instead of helping me to apply promocode customer support is saying we will not refund money and will not deliver food as well. Zomato app is not real time tacker as i had talk with restaurant guy he said he wasn't preparing any food so what they are charging for?

            I tried to place an order for which i made my payment through upi (Google pay) and the money was successfully debited and yet my order wasn't placed.
            I have been trying to chat to the support but they aren't giving any options now as such so i have to mail them but i have least expectations with them as they are only fooling us nowadays.

              Hi,
              Just 1 hr back i ordered icecream from one restaurant and paid via phone.. My order was confirmed and after sometime zomato people sent delivery boy name, and on the way like notifications...1 hr gone.. Collect your food at your door notifications i got.. No one came.. And i didn't get any calls.. And suddenly my order was declined by saying time non responsive i don't know why they sent like that.. Then i spoke to restuarant they told me to chat with zomato... I hv did chat for 3 times and they told we can't do anything, we r sorry.. And closed my conversation with out my permission... Pls look at attached screenshot for order details and get back to me

                I ordered pizza from dominos pizza using zomato app. The message i got was, the food will be delivered in 30 minutes. There was no updates for 2 hours while i was waiting for the food. After 2 hours i got a call from dominos pizza that the food can not be delivered to my location as it is out of delivery service area and they cancelled the order. As i paid the amount by zomato mobile app using paytm i did not get any money back. I need support in this issue. There is no way to contact zomato! No one reached out to me from zomato on cancelling my order or refunding my money. Need some assistance in this issue.

                  I ordered food today from amritsari kulcha king, faridabad. I have paid extra rupees for amul butter (Rs. 15) and asked for crockeries because i was not having crockeries. When i recieved the order there was only kulcha and chole, even salad they usually provide was also not there. When a person is hungry and orders food there are some expectations. When i called restaurant they said the delivery boy left it over there and delivery boy denied. I dont know who is wrong, who is right but when u gave the order. It should be proper.

                      I have order food chicken burger amd combo from zomato but they given a bun with a missing chicken which is also spilled and to cold to eat, don’t know which type of packaging they use, it’s worst of all and the main thing they don’t have a members to hamdel customer, struggling for my money back, they are saying they have taken the feedback, will i paid for feedback is this # business they are running. Totally fraud they are doing.

                        I have ordered food from chillees restaurant. After placing order through zomato support i had given an alternate number of my sister because i am unable to collect from delivery point. After sometime the delivery boy called me and said he is waiting in a signal and please come and collect the food. I directly told him that i had given an alternate number so please contact her and deliver the food. After some time he called my sister and told her that it is one way wait for sometime. So she waited. After some time he called her and said he had delivered the food already. This is a cunning fraud play by the delivery boy. He already knows that the authorised mobile no. Person is outside the station. So he played trickly. After that i contacted costomer support. They said me that the delivery boy has given the food to the person after confirming the name. But he never confirmed with the alternate number person which is my sister. I need to get refund back. I cant pay for your fraud play by your delivery boy dear zomato. You have to take care of that.

                          On 3rd sept 2019 i had ordered pizza from 85degree c in ahmedabad, gujarat.
                          When i got the pizza it was totally spoiled and even i don't get the complete quantity of pizza.
                          I was trying to contact zomato since 3rd sept 2019 but till now there is no response from zomato side. So what should i do now.
                          I request zomato to plzz credit me the valid amount of money in my account as soon as possible.
                          Because i don't think it was worth eating that, i had to completely throw the pizza in the dustbin from it was totally spoiled

                            I ordered food from a restaurant using Zomato app, with whatever Zomato located address. He came to me and told he will not deliver the order as my actual location is 20 meters away from my exact location. So he rejected the order after fighting with me but Zomato has not refunded my order amount. order status shows rejected and when enquired Zomato customer care boy is telling it can't be refunded.

                              Hi,

                              I have been a loyal customer to this company since very start giving my personal and honest reviews always.

                              Around in May this year, while I was trying to order a meal for me, I was prompted back and the app never opened after that. I tried contacting the customer care for support all they are replying is they can't help.

                              I am a Gold Customer either return my Gold Registration fee which I started in March. I didn't even use gold to the extent I could say okay leave.

                              Please help me out in this issue and resolve it asap. Either please try unblocking my account or refund me the money for my Gold registration.

                                Your delivery person came to my house and said that he need rs110 extra if we wants to get the food. His incentive will not be calculated which is rs80 because he was late and also he wasted petrol to get the delivery. When refused he didnot gave the food and went. Zomato executive inform that i will get a call but didnot got a call from the escaaltion team. Full of begger delivery boy and liar executives.

                                    This is in refernce to "zomato" a platform to order food online. I ordered 2 orders from on 11th sep'19 1 from biryani blues & 2 from chilly china.
                                    Biryani blues order was dleivered while another (Chilly china) order was not delivered. Although i got call from both the delivery boy i reached destination by got order from biryai blues.
                                    I called multiple times to 2nd delivery boy i. E. From chilly china order i didn't get any response. Post some time the status of my order changes not deliverd as resaturant deliclined my order attached screenshot for your refernce. They don't have customer service no. I tried to reach them through multiple channel zomato chat, twitter, mail. All time they are changing there statement and till date have not given any resolution and have not initiated my refund. Would request you to look into this matter.

                                      I had ordered food online through online food order and delivery app, zomato on sunday, from hotel laziz in bijapur on 9th september... I had paid online a sum of rs 162/- through phonepay... The order got cancelled from their side without giving any reason... I m writing this complaint for haven't yet received any refund... Kindly refund the amount debited as early as possible

I contacted customer support and they said that payment reversal has been initiated and u will get mny within 5-7 days. I contacted support again after a week.. And some exexutive arrogantly said you have to wait you'll get it by 16th.. But today the date is 19th of september i have contacted support again and they start sending those scripted msgs that i'll get my payment in 5 to 7 days. And gave me a mail id to drop an email. This is so annoying for the order you kept which was not fulfilled either for that thing im justing wasted 2 weeks for these. Such an worst customer support ever seen.
