I placed an order from theque crazy restaurant, durgapur, west bengal., and they cancelled the order for some address issue. Everyday i use zomato with same address which was set itself by a zomato vallet but today they cancelled the order.. My payment was done online by phone pay.. And i even did chat with zomato assistant but all in vain. I am very much dissappointed by this kind of service by zomato.. Please kindly solve my complaint and refund my money back.

    Dear zomato

    I have order some food from zomato.
    I have mentioned complete address which was gurgaon. After payment i have checked that location was wrongly selected by your gps system.

    Then i called to deliver person that please deliver my order in gurgaon not in delhi. He said we can't deliver in gurgaon. Then i said please cancel my order. After that i received call from zomato customer care they said we are cancelling your order. I said ok.

    After that they said you will not receive any refund, because food was prepared.

    I said why, if i cancelled my order within 5 minutes then how food will prepared & it was not my mistake you can check i have mentioned complete address of gurgaon.

    Please tell me about my refund status asap.

      They have delivered stale food at night to us.
      And when we raise a complaint later they say it had to be raised within 2hr.
      So basically they are least bothered about the customer problem and situation and they dont care if customer had food at night or not.
      As i was late in raising the complaint they are putting the blame on us and are not providing any compensation.

      Even being a zomato gold customer this is servixe i recieved from the zomato support and they were rediculously rude and adament.

      Sir i have done my item payment 127.37 time 11:53am but not complite my order

      First time I used zomato app always used swiggy earlier and to my bad luck my very first delivery was undelivered and my money was charged. The order no is [protected]. This is pathetic and worst service I am utterly disappointed and annoyed.

      Making someone hungry and charging him is worst
      I have ordered briyani and I have received wrong items for that wana complain and there is no response from them
      My account was deactivated without any prior notice or warning.
      I should have been given at least a warning before my account was deactivated.

        Sir i terminate by my area zomato office they say u are terminate by delhi office bt i cant receive any terminated letter or massage why sir... My fault is just i am placing a order by zomato app and eat.. Sir my area branch directly terminate plz sir plz rejoin me i promise after rejoin i am not placing any order...         Zomato deducted my money twice when i tried to order food from it. Please refer screenshot below. When in the process of payment. After successfully deducting fund from bank and redirecting from It to zomato app it gives error "parameter null".

        I got a wrong item from the delivery boy and when I called the Zomato customer care, he told me that that delivery boy got a parcel of A2B and my concern is that how that guy can get a A2B parcel when I ordered from Easy Bite

        I ordered Domino's Pizza today i.e. 18.04.19 from Ooty my order number was [protected] this order was not delivered to me but I paid the amount of 299.
        Hi I live in Surat on 9th April I had order shake from crussh via zomato due to some reason restaurant cudnt deliver me my order. Now it's been 18th April I have not got my refund. This is highly unprofessional behavior. There's no one at customer care center to attend the call.
        I have submitted my order of 72rs and plus i have used my zomato credits the amount was deducted from my credit card but the order was not processed what pathetic service is zomato giving to its customers.
        Payment is deducted but order not placed. It is showing some missing parameters. Also tried to contact customer support but they are not answering the chat.
        I have placed one order through zomato and i wanted it to be cash on delivery but the amount has been automatically deducted from my paytm account...so i was trying to cancel that order and trying to reorder the same but i got the message that it is penalty amount..please refund my amount as soon as possible

          Sir/maam,

          I have noticed that zomato has deducted various amounts from my Paytm account without my consent or knowledge against the orders that has not been placed by me. These orders are also not shown in my zomato app.

          The payments has been deducted since last few days... I have noticed when i have seen monthly statement from paytm

          There are various deductions in total of 3000 above.

            I recieved bad and damaged pizza today evening. When i reported the same to support representative, he said he can't help as i always demand refund for orders and threatened me of legal action. He escalated the issue and refused to justify his words about taking legal action. He was vey rude and denied me when i asked for apology or contact details of zomato media officials.

            I ordered white sauce pasta from Zomato but received red sauce pasta from swiggy's brand name. I don't eat red pasta due to health issues. I need help
            Hi I am surbhi in last 1 week my order had got stuck twice this chat system is useless they don't reply my money is getting deducted every now and then and no order is getting placed if my issue doesnt get resolve i will use social media and show them screen shots that how to behave with customers
            I have ordered a meal but it's been more than hour. Neither food is delivered nor customer support staffs are replying. Please take some action.
            They showed me that I have 120 credits, I can use it to buy foods. But when I was ordering foods, The billing amount was Rs 115 after applying the credit. But they deduced Rs 235. The I asked them to cancel the order as the amount deduced was more than what they have showed, they didn't cancel the order.
            Chada tadka and paratha of sai paratha is prefers to eat and is expired and rotten smell is coming

              very late delivery of order

              I had ordered for pizza from dominoz whitefield (Bangalore) on 21st april at 11 15pm and the order was arrived after 12 30 am, almost after 1 30 hour hour and the number provided by them was not responding at all. And then it sounded busy and again not reachable, and when the delivery boy was questened about this, he said iwill get the cashback since it was their mistake to deliver it too late, that too in the midnight,...

              fraud from zomato, goes by the name deepak kumar

              I have called the zomato support person ([protected]) for refund that was initiated previously for my food order missed one item which i didn't get my refund back so i registered complaint for the refund then i got a mail with the mentioned phone number from the zomato to resolve the issue then i called that person he asked the bank details.

              Then the zomato support person is a fraud who have stolen 800 rupees from my account....

              On 22/04/2019, I have placed an order of Rs. 97 approx. Somehow, delivery address (sector 18, Gurgaon) was mentioned wrong. I request delivery boy to deliver it at my area(sector23, Gurgaon) but he told me to wait in the meanwhile, he will talk to his support. And after 2 minutes I have got a call from Delivery support regarding the same, I have requested him to deliver it at my area, but he denied. Than I told him let me talk again with the delivery partner. As, delivery partner was ready to come in the Sector 22, Gurgaon market, and I was about to leave from my home to pick up the parcel. But Zomato cancelled my order and did not refunded back. I request them, that I did not cancelled it, why they had did it without my knowledge. It Is my loss of money, loss of time and Mental harassment.

                I have recieved no help from your end till now. I have been screaming on top of my lungs that, i received an incomplete order, spoke to your support through zomato chat & in place of crediting my account with ₹414 ruppees, you people blocked my account & now somebody claiming to be from your end (Deepak kumar) has blocked my number & tried to loot me through my bank details! I'm going to post this complaint everywhere until one of you calls me & resolves this issue.

                  The help i recieved was in the form of burglary. I told them my bank details in my good faith & they used it against me & now have blocked my contact. I want zomato to resolve this now!
                  They asked me for certain bank codes & got my money deducted & have blocked my number since then.

                      I ordered food from jassi de parathe, order id as written in the subject hereinabove. I got a notification saying my order was cancelled as i was unavailable to collect it and that i was not answering the calls. However, i have not received any calls either from zomato valet or from zomato support team. I received sms 2 minutes back, that is after i addressed the issue with chat support and the sms reads that valet tried to reach you but you were unavailable. Except that there is no communication either from the part of zomato support team or valet regarding my order. I have been at the delivery address this whole time. It's an office premises and i checked with security as well, there was no delivery that was attempted. Despite all of it i have been charged with cancellation fee which is absurd.

                      Request you to look into it.

                        I gave order for 7 dosas from umesh south indian dosa, ludhiana on 20 th april evening through zomato, but the order not confirmed & not delivered, but money deduct from my account rs. 405. It was after rs. 100 discount & include rs. 10 delivery charges & rs. 5 as tip.

                        So, please refund my money as i didn't get my order.

                          I have placed an order on april 18 2019 at restaurant hotspot in tirupati the order worth is 650.80rs, the payment was successful full and order got didn't placed, i didn't receive message then and i tried few times after that and with in few mins i got deducted of rupees 1850 from my bank to zomato and order got didn't placed, when i asked and submitted proofs for that to zomato support they said refund is initiated and will be refunded back with in 2-7 days but it's been more than 2-7 days for now and i still didn't get my money refunded i have been chatting with them ever since and all they say is wait. What if we customers do the same for you zomato, we order food and won't pay you, how will you receive that?, saying other to wait for weeks and days and not refunding money, i have been frustrated and disappointed with zomato totally now i am recommending all my friends to use swiggy that zomato, refund my money back.

                            I have ordered pizza from domino's unfortunately it won't get delivered to me because of the zomato mistake they have accepted the order and didn't delivered it and domino's cancelled my order and told i will get my money back i chat with agent they told that i will get in 3 business days i didn't get my refund and not even patching with manager i am really upset with the service

                              I had placed order from zomato with order number [protected]. But zomato cancelled it saying neither i was available at my address nor my phone was reachable. I called the delivery guy and he said zomato had cancelled the order so he would not be able to deliver. They also didn't refund my money saying it was lack from my end. Despite of many follow ups they are not replying to my mails. Very disappointed with zomato's service. This is not expected to be a healthy behaviour. Can any one suggest if i can file a complaint against zomato.

                                I tried making an order on the zomato app and due to some technical issue with their app the order did not go through but they still charged me for the order. When i contacted the customer support team about this, they told me i will have to wait 48 hours to get my money back even though it was not due to a fault of my own.. This was 3 days back, and i still haven't got my money back and for no reason they suspended my account and are not responding to my emails.

                                  Sir i order from zomato on 19 april 2019 12:16 order no.[protected] by using paytm sir i am from charkhi dadri i go to chandigarh for some work i order food from your restruant katani dhaba the restruant page time for food is 15-20min then i check my bus on 12:35 for charkhi dadri next at 2:00oclock then i call to your restruant for food prepation fast but your restruant tell him the food neccessary item are not hear at the time the item are coming in between 10-20 minutes then i request for another paneer item then he told him the order is prepare in 25-30 minutes that the reason i cancal the order on your restruant demand or for her conveniance but my refund is still pending your zomato support not help

                                  You help otherwise i should choose another way for this that is mean i go to consumer court for that matter

                                  I give to time upto 26 april 2019 then on 27 april 2019 my refund is not given to me i go and complain about your lack of service and for my refund this not an only thought i become an law student i complain for that

                                    Yesterday i placed a order from zomato and received a wrong order. So i contacted zomato customer care for support. I have the customer care executive all the necessary proofs and he refunded my order value as zomato credits. The very next day when i opened the app, it says something went wrong. They probably blocked my account as i went through other complaints mentioning same issue. Please reactivate it as i have my money stuck into it. And atleast inform the customer before doing such activities with their accounts.
