I received the damaged food on the date of 17 Feb 2023, and for that Zomato compensate with me refund and the refund complete date was 17 Feb 2023 it self as Zomato stated on their application, but on my paytm first it was showing me that Refund Pending but now it's showing me that refund failed, I have complained to their Mobile App on their Twitter handle but no one is responding on any of the platform, I request you to please take a strict action on this type of companies.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
