    I have ordered food of RS.620.45 from zomato. Amount debited from my account but order did not placed. I have got message from zomato support that if amount have been deducted it will be auto initiated from payment gateway. But I haven’t recieved refund amount.

        I had ordered Jalebi from Zomato and when I received the order I opened it and I found that hairs were there and i tried to contact you so matter about it asking about it but i was not even able to talk to support executive to explain my issue there was just computer telling that we have not read the feedback and we will transfer it to the restaurant but what's the meaning ordered something and i didn't get that quality thing and you're not even able to provide me a customer care about my order there's no one i can explain my issue poove there was no one i can ask to replace my orders refund my order it was just shear wastage of time and money for me they do not even care for their customers to at least let them provide the service that you are running na please I want my refund back for that order

                One of your delivery persons by the name of Munjha - ph no [protected] requested for an urgent loan from me of 2, 000 as there were people in his house who were not allowing him inside. He begged me for the loan. This was in October 2022. He said he would pay back when Zonato made the payment. However, when asked to repay, he says Zomato has not paid his money hence, he cannot pay me.

                Is Zomato delaying salaries of its staff? And if Zomato pays on time then how come they have on their staff a person against whom a police compliant was also lodged? He was asked to visit the police station but didn't show up. Do we do a background check of the staff?

                      Hello Sir/Mam,

                      I received the damaged food on the date of 17 Feb 2023, and for that Zomato compensate with me refund and the refund complete date was 17 Feb 2023 it self as Zomato stated on their application, but on my paytm first it was showing me that Refund Pending but now it's showing me that refund failed, I have complained to their Mobile App on their Twitter handle but no one is responding on any of the platform, I request you to please take a strict action on this type of companies.

                          Today, I ordered two chicken rolls from a restaurant named SAMAR RESTRAUNT in clement town, Dehradun.MY money got debited from the bank but the order did not get placed.Its happening with me for the second time.
                          SUCH careless of you ZOMATO for causing this inconvenience for 2 times to me..
                          just refund my money, otherwise I have too many other option in the market to order food.

                                  Zommato Worst Experience:
                                  ▫️@8:15pm I ordered pizza from Ovenstory pizza Nashik (Maharashtra -India )
                                  ▫️@8:45App showing food under preparation and will delever in 21min
                                  ▫️@9:15 App showing food under preparation and will delever in 21min
                                  ▫️I tried to call with customer care and ovenstory but no response.
                                  ▫️Customer care not resolved my issue.
                                  ▫️@9:21 customer care said that delivery boy( Vicky[protected]) picked your parcel and will deliver.
                                  ▫️@9:30 my food again showing under preparation
                                  ▫️ After 1hr 45 min i am not getting order, customer care not taking proper followup from ordering time, delay in 1hr and 45min.
                                  ▫️@9:45 customer care cancelled my order.

                                  Now my question is that
                                  ▫️After spending 1hr 45 min @ 9:45: can i feed refunded money to my small hungry child.
                                  ▫️@9:45 all stores showing closed.
                                  ▫️i requested to customer care to arrange to deliver food from other restorant but they denied to do.
                                  ▫️ I am getting worst service from Zommato and i Promise to you that i never order from zommato also share above experience on social media for not to order any food from Zommato (because of bad experience)

                                      Dear Deepinder Goyal Sir and Zomato Care, my ID was changed from rate card to gigs i am using from many years the rate card and i am happy with my rate card but now it has been changed to gigs which i am not happy at all I belong to a middle class family and my only current source is Zomato Delivery Partner. I'm the only earning hand in my family. My monthly expenses are totally dependent on my salary. I am facing a lot of trouble due to my ID changed plzzz give me my rate card back an kind request to CEO as well as the Zomato team I am under a lot of stress.
