Maine zomato se 2 punjabi kadi ka home delivery ka order place kiya tha lekin mujhe order delivered hua nhi aur message aaya ki aapko order delivered ho gya hai aur maine support chat karke bataya to wo bol rhe hai ki aage complaint karna hai to complaint do. Wo bolte hai ki mujhe restaurant jaakar order pick karo
Maine restaurant phone kiya to wo bol rhe hai ki order zomato ki taraf se rider aa kar order le gya hai lekin mujhe delivered nhi hua aur aisa mere saath 2nd time hua hai

Today i was trying to order from Zomato but they deducted my money twice but order was not placed both time . I wouldn't recommend Zomato to anyone better go to restaurant yourself atleast your money is safe
Amount of 119 RS got deducted as I paid using Google pay but order is not placed.please refund my money as soon as possible.

My Order NO::ZTD18D0434C9FE68BC0F, i m not doing any single transaction on 15Dec2018 but zomato deducted some amount from my PAYTM wallet i requested for refund.
I have ordered from Zomato but due to some problem it wasn't delivered but domino's initiated the refund but Zomato haven't yet refunded the amount.

    I ordered dinner for me... But after i competed payment process... They (Zomato) cancelled my order. Rs - 263.4 deducted from my account but i didn't got ordered food. I asked a zomato boy, how can i get back my money and he said i'll get my money within 24 hours. But i didn't got my money yet. It's embracing... Send my money to my paytm wallet..
    I have some screenshots to how prove how they deducted money from my paytm wallet.

        Dear sir..

        I have a small wedding photography business. & this is wedding season going on therefor i worked hard till late night. No time to eat food. This is the reason i ordered my food last night on zomato. Around at 10 pm.
        When i ordered on ur app. I realized that something wrong with ur payment management still i go further step just bcz i was very hungry. I ordered deduct rs.400 from my paytm account. Suddenly i show that my orders was not placed.& decided to call ur customer care but i did not found on ur app. So i did chat with ur customer service section. Where ur customer representative took about 30 min to get in touch with me.
        I told all story mentioned above he said ur money get back to u within 24 to 48 hours. Or buy with other card.
        How can i buy with other card im not like a nirav modi or vijay malya who has numbers of accounts or card.
        Even last amount left in my paytm which i wanted to buy a rail ticket after 12:30am for my uncle how can i waste that money to buy my food u can understand. & all this not even fake story i telling u all happened this with i have all evidence.
        Any way lets to the point i m mail all this just bcz of not my money just bcz what service provide you u have to take care of this. U r the responsible person to solve customers problems, service u provide etc.
        Its almost 24 hours now & still im not got my money back.
        When i buy something from online many companies have return policies customer returned their product & still get their refund back in just 12 hours.
        U just doing service providing business & not selling still ur company lack of poor servicing somewhere in ur system.
        U r businessman think about all this twice its a small matter for u but"small sparks is enough to burn entire jungle"

        I hope u understand me. Keep & make sure u ll improve ur customer service for other customers after reading this mail.

          The company cancelled the order on their on and fined me with the entire amount of order. I only requested if the order could be delivered late or if i could pick the order on my own. The restaurant had no problems but zomato cancelled the order and denied refund. This is fraud and malpractice. Now no body from zomato is ready to talk to us as they already have our money. We got a call from a number[protected] saying we will look into this and get back to you however they just sent a message saying that they have cancelled the order. We were trying to message and get in touch when they sent a message saying "the food was already prepared/dispatched and cancellation charge is equal to order amount". They are telling us that they baked 2 caked of 1 kg each and had them ready for delivery within 15 minutes when i asked if they could go ahead and deliver now, they said it had already been rejected, meaning no food had been prepared.

          Time they cancelled - 10 minutes of placing the order.

            I order for gongura biryani but they sent normal biryani immediately i informed zomato but these people didn't reply me i was disappointed and i didn't ate the food and the food quality is worst so i throwed but later zomato people texted me to send photos of the food. I said i don't have but they are very are ride and saying we can't help. They ruined my day and it's week off. I need my money back. Kindly help me the concern people.

              Ordered through zomato app on december 21, 2018 at around 9.34pm in begur road, bangalore. Transaction amount 408.50. Order id ztd18a83e53503d5954f. Paid via paytm. First time the transaction was shown successful in paytm money (408.55 rs.) deducted from account, but in zomato, the order was showing unsuccessful. It showed that payment failed and was asking to pay again. So, i paid again via card. This time also money got deducted. After some time, the order was showing successful in zomato app. But i didn't get my previously paid amount back. When will i get refund? Please solve this matter asap.

                I ordered food on 21.12.18 (8.20 pm). But after long waiting restaurant not confirmed my order no delivery man arranged for my order for more than 2 hrs. I complaint at customer care. They promised to make a faster delivery.. But same no response. I requested to cancel this order do atleast we can dine somewhere. But company said we will impose penelty if you cancel.
                My question

                Can you eat food cooked/ packed before 3 hrs.

                Can you left us hungry. And

                Do you have any time limit for delivery.in 1 kilometre distance.

                Zomato returned rs 67/- but is tht value of hungry and stuck customer/ family.

                Zomato must have clear cancel policy on portal or app.

                Delivery must follow with deadline and it sud be clear before making any final payment or order.

                  I had ordered momos around 10 pm at night. For more than an hour, i waited. Once zomato showed that order is out for delivery, i sat and tracked down the delivery boy and he was going to different places instead of coming to my place. I connected with the customer care chat and they said the deliveru guy is 4kms away and will reach soon. Later the customer care became irresponsive and displayed this message for my every query - 'due to a technical error at our end, we are unable to view your order details. I would request you to please reach out to the delivery boy/restaurant directly and they would be able to help you with your concern'.

                  Now when i called the delivery boy, he says that the order is cancelled as it was a cash on delivery thing. Please check with zomato. The zomato app is still showing me the navigation of delivery boy. I cant order food at this point and eat. Zomato sucks. I have to starve now. Stupid app

                    Today i have ordered the food for delivery but by mistake it goes on pick service since it was not near my place i was unable to pick it... Hotel members was also unable to sending it too... But unfortunately i have paid for it... I haven't pick up the parcel cz its too late n hotel was almost reached to its closing time.. Dear service center pls contact me on [protected]... N resolve my issue... Since i have paid for this... Available some other options to me... Regards santosh

                      Dear zomato team,

                      I have placed a order today and i came to know your rider is not available near by restaurant to get my order, after discussing with your chat support i visited restaurant to pickup my order when i reached restaurant i came to know that your executive didn't gave any intimation to restaurant person that am going to collect my order and he didn't gave me any acknowledgement to collect the order. After waiting for a while i got a call from your rider that my order has been reached my location when was at restaurant. I sent my friend to collect the order and in the meantime your executive has been cancelled my order without any intimation, when i called back to the rider he talked me such a rude way that he don't know how to speak to his customer and he raised voice on me to learn how to speak with rider, even your chat support didn't assisted me in a correct way to clear problem in real time. This not only disappointing but also very irritating to a hungry person to walk all the way to pickup order. Seriously need an explanation for the inconveniences caused by your team.

                        Ordered through zomato app on december 21, 2018 at around 8:53pm in barrackpore, west bengal. Paid via phonepe. First time the transaction was shown successful in phonepe, money (120rs.) deducted from account, but in zomato, the order was showing unsuccessful. It showed that payment failed and was asking to pay again. So, i paid again via phonepe. This time also money got deducted. After some time, the order was showing successful in zomato app. But i didn't get my previously paid amount back. The order number is [protected]. When will i get refund? Please solve this matter asap.

                          I have ordered in AK's taste well. Paid the bill. That delivery boy not even called me atleast a single time. He is telling the nonsense that he is tried calling. I was tracking the order all the time.. when I was calling him he is busy with another call. I not even cancelled my order.. that guy is telling that I cancelled my order. Then I contacted the customer care. They dint resolve my issue. And they are not refunding my amount.. this is not fair. Without my cancellation that order got cancelled. And I am very sad.. I am eagerly waiting for my order. Bu they didn't refund my amount not even paying any compensation.. I am really sad about this.. please resolve my issue. I have screen shot also

                            I have ordered 2 dominos pizza on zomato (order no : [protected]) today. They have accepted my paytm payment and i have not received my order. they are saying its already delivered. the customer service is of no help. The person who is replying my texts as customer care even threatened that I will be penalized on my next order. Please help me. I am afraid the delivery guy ate my PIZZAS on the way. They have not even initiated my refund after telling them repeatedly.

                              On 21/12/2018 we ordered dhudhi halwa (250gm) from kailash sweets and snacks (Adajan surat). But instead of dhudhi halwa gajar halwa was delivered. On making a call at the kailash sweets we knew that due to unavailability of dhudhi halwa they sent gajar halwa. I had gajar halwa at my home already. So respected sir/madam dont we have a right to get our wished item if we make a successful payment for it. If the item is unavailable we should be informed about it. I hope you and your team will think about it and will send dhudhi halwa or else revert my money immediately

                                I ordered today from KFC and my amount of Rs. 304.1 got deducted from my account at 18.07 and my transaction ID is IGAFABZFZ1. I didn't receive any message related to this and nothing is showing in my Zomato account. From the last one hour I am trying to contact the customer care but not getting any response or help for the Amount that has been deducted. No one is picking up the phone and it's only ringing. I am writing this complaint everywhere, still not getting any response from anyone.

                                  Hi zomato has been giving tasty coupon code i recently had three orders one had hair in it got a refund other had water in chole and now recent i had two pieces of chicken in one full chicken kolhapuri when i spoke to the restaurant they said we recieved a pop order where my order wasn't pop at all thats the reason restaurant gave me to give less quantity i am not accepting waste of my money i will post this everywhere i can n make people aware about the money making company which zomato which has made their name in the market and now scaming people to make money via coupons

However, while placing order, choosing cash on delivery, i was not prompted to enter code tasty at any point. Also nowhere it says discount will not be allowed. I set up a chat with zomato (Have sent chat also to consumer court) but he refused to budge or let me talk to a supervisor. Finally we got absolutely cold food. The bill is rs380 (Bill is printed on 20.12.18 at 19.30, but the delivery boy insisted we pay rs. 445. Strange. Hope to get an apology and a full refund.

                                      My ordered no. [protected]. I ordered cowmiean with Manchurian combo..and when I ate my ordered I found that they gave me boneless chilly chicken instead of veg Manchurian.. and I am pure vegetarian and belongs from pandit family. This is really disappointed me and my family. In fact I chat with ur customer support but they also didn't rpl me on this serious issue .

                                        Hello. My account got blocked after i was trying to place an order for a friend and i was trying change the details such as contact detaila from mine to the friend's for ease of the delivery. And that's when my account got blocked. I had never even registered a complaint. I had a gold membership also. I want my account unblocked please.

                                        You all keep blocking accounts like this what are we supposed to do. I had never complained about any of my orders previously you can check my history also. But this is how you treat loyal customers.
