Ordered through zomato app on december 21, 2018 at around 8:53pm in barrackpore, west bengal. Paid via phonepe. First time the transaction was shown successful in phonepe, money (120rs.) deducted from account, but in zomato, the order was showing unsuccessful. It showed that payment failed and was asking to pay again. So, i paid again via phonepe. This time also money got deducted. After some time, the order was showing successful in zomato app. But i didn't get my previously paid amount back. The order number is [protected]. When will i get refund? Please solve this matter asap.
