I ordered food item from zomato, and due to poor quality of software, Location was not set properly, I even written full address, but zomato only considered wrong address, and he rejected my order and fined full amount penalty, I want refund.

Zomato needs to update their software because locations can not be saved properly with all reachable...

Delivery boy eating the food that he has yo deliver and packing the same. I was astonished to see this video. Really i couldn't bear. After this, how can i order. Please take strict action against this type of things. I got this video thru social media. Even other online food delivery boys also will be doing such things. Please take a stringent action n laws against them....

I was awake till 5 in the morning the restuarant owner is lying along with the rude delivery boy who spoke like he's giving us free food and refused to come to the location and when i contacted the number listed under zomato they said the delivery boy had waited and we don't pick the call i have the call history and everything in fact he contacted me to share the location again too this is pathetic service...

Today i ordered a food from zomato my order no - [protected] and i paid online. The delivery boy call me and said cancel your order i'm not going to delivered your order because there is too much traffic. After some minutes they cancelled. And didn't refund my amount. Totally fake app.. They are making fool to the customer.. Please take some action on them they are not refunding the amount...

I ordered via zomato and for the refund i was asked by the zomato support staff to talk to the vendor directly as zomato is here to make money but not to refund. Zomato didn't take any kind of responsibility regarding the refund as it's my money and it's the vendor who received it. The support staff didn't help or tried to help in any way. They just replied with vague and preset answers. If i am ordering via zomato then it's zomato's responsibility...

My order i'd : [protected] there cancel my order and also no refunding amount to there saying the order was declined as your number was not reachable. Since the food was already dispatched, cancellation charge equal to order amount will be levied. But i call delivery boy within 2 mins he downside my home and having my food but he say we cancel my order and day refund my amount...

From yesterday i am try to reach by phone but there is no option to communicate with you by phone, i am from dubai yesterday i order for biryani jumbo pack from shah ghouse restaurant which located hyderabad telengana india by internet banking but i got error and amount deducted twice with out delivery, i call to my bank they asked me to call zomato,

Please look into this matter and do the needful. Waiting...

I have ordered food on december 9th godavari delights - bangalore. They deducted money for ordered but food not delivered and my money also not refunded.

Zomato should take care the job, if food dispatched you should deliver or should return the money.

This is not the fair way to treating customer.

Firstly i would like to tell that i placed my order and immidiately after 3 min. I cancelled it,, i visited the restraunt too, they said that they havennt even stated to prepare my food yet,, so before replying (Zomato team), dont use these lines "food is wasted", food wasnt prepared,,, so here's my story of fraud done by zomato with me -
The same happened with me too, i placed 1 order and paid for it,, they took 1.5hrs...

I have ordered butterscotch milk shake from creamstruck hyderabad on 9 december, 2018 (Order no. [protected]). I did not get my order but it's showing its been delivered to. Me.. I order from zomato and the deliver boy was so ride despite passing from nearby streets first he refused to give me my order and then he go elze where to deliver the order just to ear points and now after 1 hour he delivered my order which was cold and zomato redused to issue refund what they told me is that they are escalating but their escalation never happens they just taking days and days and after desperate wait i am filing this complaint....

It seems thr is some issue going on with zomato app every time i tried to make payment through online payment option the money get deducted from my account and the order never get confirmed. I faced the same issue today request you to please refund the amount asap please refer to order details.

Zomato always gives us stupid service. My bad experiences with zomato are as follows.

1) i ordered chicken fried rice. But delivery person took wrong parcel from hotel (1000 days mysore). He gave panner butter masala alone. When i asked for my order. Both zomato and 1000 days restaurant refused to give my order. But money was refunded. At that hungry meal time. Is it possible to drink gravy alone? Customer care always saying...

Although it got accepted but later on cancelled keeping us waited for more than half an hour, i tried to contact them but nobody picked up the phone.
