Iordered a cake from miss bakers, jaipur worth 578 rupees through Zomato app today, my order number is [protected]. When the cake reached me it was completely ruined, all the cream was coming off and the driver was drunk too. I complained about it with the Zomato team and got the refund of only 144 rupees and when I called back 4 times and even contacted the restaurant but they all said they could only refund me a limited amount.

How is it fair that I'm paying for somebody else's mistake? They're a company and they are obligated to own up to their employees mistakes.

    I made an order of Rs. 2, 661.75 on 16th July where the entire order got split. I have already raised the issue, sent out the pictures and spoken to your support team over a call and chat where they told me I will get the refund of 2, 661.75 within 5-6 days.

    I spoke to your Customer Executive Ms. Anya and Ms. Thanusha on 16th July who assured me that I will get the refund in my source account within 5-6 days.

    It's been 13 days and I still haven't gotten my refund or I have no clue what the status of the refund is.

    I followed up with them over email multiple times, shared the screenshot of documented chats with their customer support team but still no response.

        Date -27/07/2022 Night approximately 8.30pm I order on Zomato app in Domino's Pizza some food order successfully as well as payment same debited my account then showing app order reach within 10min but still order not received I contact to Zomato customer care with chat on 3 time his told me don't warry order on the way up 10.30 pm I call restaurant his not pick-up so I again chat with Zomato customer care but this time his told me order reach your home wait
        I wait 10min and request to cancel order but his representative told me order cancel accepted but no money back so I decided once again send my order I am not cancel my order or some time showing app and massage me order successfully delivered but order not received and money not refund I request to Zomato representative but his not help me ...

                I order kadhai paneer from Rajdhani chicken point Dehradun. when am near to finish my food i found chicken bone and chicken pieces in my kadhai paneer ... This is very religious month for me iam not take non veg in this month but Zomato do such things to destroy the whole thing

                    On date an Order was placed from ZOMATO Food Delivery App the Prepaid Order Number is [protected] respectively. The Order consisted of 12 pieces Kalakand, 12 pieces Boondi Ghee Ladoo, 12 pieces Kesariya Peda and 12 pieces Sada Pera, among the Order the 12 pieces Sada Pera is missing when the same is informed to Zomato Customer Support Executive they clearly mentioned Refund wont be possible.                       I ordered from zomato on 24th July 2022. One of the item was spilled, I shared images with them and got an email saying they have initiated 192₹ in my source and the amount should reflect in my bank account in 2 days. It’s 26th today and I called my bank account asking the Status of my refund. They said they can’t help me on this. That I have to talk to zomato support only. I dropped them an email asking for the refund reference number...

                      So my name is parmar aditya and i was working as a zomato delivery partner till last month because last month my id got terminated I tried to redeem my id back and tried to contact zomato but nothing worked out my id got terminated because of order denial zomato didn't even ask for the issue I met with an accident that day so i had to deny the order and i was trying to talk with zomato assistant about my accident but before that my id got terminated so please help me if you can because I was studying on my own and zomato was my only source of income so I hope you activa my id soon

                          I placed an order through Zomato from mumbaikars on 24th July, the amount was Rs. 510.90, but Zomato provided a bill of 10 rs. I was asked to contact the restaurant for bill, but the restaurant denied and asked to contact Zomato.
                          Zomato is not providing me the GST bill

Each gigs have a capacity so improve your medal ) sir without gigs booking how can I improve my medal sir there no slot for me then how can I improve my medal sir!!!                                 Sir/Madam,

                                When I was going through my Simpl payment details, I found that on May 07, 2022, Zomato was wrongly charged me for Rs.499 through Simpl pay. I could not found any online orders through Zomato for the same amount. May 7th, date at 12.38pm, you charged Rs 499, and at 12.40pm the charges were Rs.151.13 made through Simpl pay. The order in Zomato showing only the 2nd one for Rs.151.13, no order for Rs.499.
                                I have attached my Zomato & Simple statements for your reference.

                                I was shocked for this unethical practices of Zomato; I need to get a proper explanation & action on this issue.

                                I keep sending emails to customer service [protected]@zomato.com &
                                [protected]@zomato.com, and getting only auto reply 48-72 hrs, and no proper responses from Zomato.

                                This is the height of Zomato customer services. No proper responses to the customer issues like this, and charging extra amount like this from customers.

                                Now people need to take extra caution in ordering through Zomato & Simple platforms.

                                    I was required to pay 419rs which i recieved on an COD order back to the zomato account
                                    I tried it and the app showed it failed but said it would be refunded.so i tried to pay it again and it was successful.but after some time the payment which showed failed later said it was successful.so now 838rs was reduced from my bank account instead of just 419rs.and now it shows as an extra cash on the app what does it mean?
