Sir meri I'd terminate kr diya hai and balki isme meri koi galti bhi nhi h mene support agent se baat krke order heavy rain dalke cancel kia tha kuki barish ho rhi thi our order pick up delayed Jaa rha tha m restaurant se 3km dur tha and company n I'd terminate kr diya h pls sir solved kr dijiye mere pass koi dusra work nhi h pls sir college ki fees k liye m work krta hu sir

I order kadhai paneer from Rajdhani chicken point Dehradun. when am near to finish my food i found chicken bone and chicken pieces in my kadhai paneer ... This is very religious month for me iam not take non veg in this month but Zomato do such things to destroy the whole thing

On date an Order was placed from ZOMATO Food Delivery App the Prepaid Order Number is [protected] respectively. The Order consisted of 12 pieces Kalakand, 12 pieces Boondi Ghee Ladoo, 12 pieces Kesariya Peda and 12 pieces Sada Pera, among the Order the 12 pieces Sada Pera is missing when the same is informed to Zomato Customer Support Executive they clearly mentioned Refund wont be possible. Enclosing herewith a Screenshot of their Email.

I ordered from zomato on 24th July 2022. One of the item was spilled, I shared images with them and got an email saying they have initiated 192₹ in my source and the amount should reflect in my bank account in 2 days. It’s 26th today and I called my bank account asking the Status of my refund. They said they can’t help me on this. That I have to talk to zomato support only. I dropped them an email asking for the refund reference number...

So my name is parmar aditya and i was working as a zomato delivery partner till last month because last month my id got terminated I tried to redeem my id back and tried to contact zomato but nothing worked out my id got terminated because of order denial zomato didn't even ask for the issue I met with an accident that day so i had to deny the order and i was trying to talk with zomato assistant about my accident but before that my id got terminated so please help me if you can because I was studying on my own and zomato was my only source of income so I hope you activa my id soon

I placed an order through Zomato from mumbaikars on 24th July, the amount was Rs. 510.90, but Zomato provided a bill of 10 rs. I was asked to contact the restaurant for bill, but the restaurant denied and asked to contact Zomato.
Zomato is not providing me the GST bill

Sir/Madam,

When I was going through my Simpl payment details, I found that on May 07, 2022, Zomato was wrongly charged me for Rs.499 through Simpl pay. I could not found any online orders through Zomato for the same amount. May 7th, date at 12.38pm, you charged Rs 499, and at 12.40pm the charges were Rs.151.13 made through Simpl pay. The order in Zomato showing only the 2nd one for Rs.151.13, no order for Rs.499.
I have attached my Zomato & Simple statements for your reference.

I was shocked for this unethical practices of Zomato; I need to get a proper explanation & action on this issue.

I keep sending emails to customer service [protected]@zomato.com &
[protected]@zomato.com, and getting only auto reply 48-72 hrs, and no proper responses from Zomato.

This is the height of Zomato customer services. No proper responses to the customer issues like this, and charging extra amount like this from customers.

Now people need to take extra caution in ordering through Zomato & Simple platforms.

I was required to pay 419rs which i recieved on an COD order back to the zomato account
I tried it and the app showed it failed but said it would be refunded.so i tried to pay it again and it was successful.but after some time the payment which showed failed later said it was successful.so now 838rs was reduced from my bank account instead of just 419rs.and now it shows as an extra cash on the app what does it mean?

So I have an order I cake initially cost 350 but got it for 275 with a promo code; when it reached me, I t was utterly ruined, and I refused to accept it, but the delivery gut told me to make a complaint. I will get a full refund, and so I dit the company, and they gave me 280/- promo code but didn't tell me that I cant use it with any restaurant discount, so when I tried to order the exact cake later it was costing me 350 (means I can't get any discount ) while everyone can get it.
Because I cant discount and lost faith in this app, I bought the cake offline, expecting a full refund,
so at night, I again tried to purchase food costing around 350, and the restaurant offered a 60% discount up to 120rs. Still, to my surprise, I could not use this discount, and the guy on the support app told me I had been compensated; I felt cheated and terrible. If I have been fully compensated that why have to pay 350 for the same order(considering 280rs promo code as my own money) while others have to pay 280? Is it fair?

Item are missing i want my refund full already mailed 15 times and now nothing get and nobody is responsing im complaining about this company plz solve as soon as.

I have always had problems with zomato on the delivery time. Each time they commit a time and they delay in delivering each time. In my last order they delayed the delivery by 30 Mins. I called the restaurant and they confirmed that zomato has not been able to assign a driver however zomato lied.
Really unacceptable- as this has happened atleast 7 times

The ice cream I ordered was melted, spilled, cones were smushed completely and were not in an edible state. The company didn't address my concern at all and asked to give review to the restaurant. The restaurant sent the ice cream with 2 ice packs. Its not the first time I am ordering ice cream online.
First of all, The delivery boy kept the ice cream cones in a bag. He went to wrong house and spent 15 min there. This is completely zomato's fault. you can check the order tracking details he was roaming in society for 15 min unable to find house even though there are only 12 buildings with 8 house each.
They tried to blame restaurant for this . This is not restaurants problem the cones were damaged during delivery. It is not the right way to deliver inedible crap and say that give review to restaurant. This is 100% zomato's failure. I even sent the photos of how damaged ice cream were still got message to give your concern addressed thru restaurant. If it was not damaged I could have may be kept in freezer and it would have become edible. This is just unacceptable. Atleast the thing should be delivered intact. I want refund for this order. I had to throw all of that crap away. Why would i consider it as exception I spent 200 bucks and got nothing.

Zomato cancelled my order ([protected])by itself . Address mentioned was clear but neither order was delivered nor zomato is ready to refund my money.please issue my refund of Rs 631.06
