          I have a some sweets for the guest at my home and after 1 hour they cancelled my order without informing me and said that the restaurant owner is not giving the order to the delivery person because someone else from zomato pickedup my order. Now the restaurant is not accepting any order. It was very awkward moment for me. My guests were waiting on my request.

            It's been more than 48hrs the refund of INR 125.70 I haven't received in my bank account. No support from mail my order I'd is

            The order got cancelled because there was no delivery partner available I paid for it online in advance they said I will get in in 48hrs I still haven't got any refund...

              I made a payment on 22 june 2022 with UTR NUMBER IS[protected] AND AMOUNT IS 995 through Upi bank of baroda, bank of baroda says me they successfully credited into SBI account and at that moment SBI server was down that's why SBI credited this amount Mannualy into zomato account but zomato refused for this payment, so I am not understanding where gonna stuck this payment, , so please check by your hand this payment credited or not if not so reverse this payment to my account, I am troubling with this issue from 31 days

                  Hi this is kumar from hyderabad iam working delivery boy since 2years iam facing lot of problems iam doing work 12hours daily but hey pay only 500rs is it right olease understand my situation todayalso iam working 5hours they pay only 150rupees nice zomato proud as a zomato delivery boy zomato worest service and also they theft delivery boys valuable time please close zomato service iam requesting people also please avoid zomato

                      I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS 3 TIMES THAT MY ZOMATO ORDER HAS BEN NOT GETTING DELIVER ON TIME, SMETIMES RESTARAUNT HAS LOT F ORDERS, SOMETIMED DELIVERY GUY IS NOT PICKING CALL.
                      And if restaurant has load of orders then why zomato is not displaying that
                      while ordering

                      This is very bad from a big company like zomato.

                        My name is sadab khan and i was online ordered on zomato, but delivery boy not pickup my phone and i was many time try to contact her but he not respond my phone .
                        And finely i got a call from zomato call center she said dilvery boy is waiting on your address and i goes out to meet delivery boy out of my door but he is not there and my order is show is delivered in my zomato app then i repeat many calls of delivery boy but he is not responding my calls.delivery boy name is rajeev and mob no is[protected]. I think this delivery boy is fraud and take the right action against her and refund my amount 317 rupees when placed order am paying for this order through paytm…

                                  Hi sir i order 2×pav bhaji from moonlight restaurant and cafe on 16/07/2022 but i received 2 hair in bhaji and i also feel glass pieces in it and hard to eat and it is twice time that i order pav bhaji and i got hairs in food this is not acceptable now it is injurious to my health please take action against restaurant and issue me a refund as a compensation .

                                      I have ordered briyani from zomato at 10:23 pm and the briyani was almost rotten the rice was uncooked
                                      So when I have requested Zomato to give some resolution on this, they denied is and told me that they are just aggregator so thay don't have any control over food quality and they just took feedback.
                                      So it can be seen that they are running away from their responsibility
                                      Kindly take necessary action on this
