I ordered from zomato yesterday and I got some missing items. I raised a complaint through the app but the app said to mail zomato customer care. I then emailed them about the issue, but they didn't revert back. it's been 21 hours and not a single word from them. I am highly disappointed with this kind of service given by Zomato. these issues should be resolved immediately....

Food cost was 99.7/- as charged by the restaurant but while ordering in zomato it was shown 199/- and with taxes and charges it was around 262.98/-.. Post which on some discount 99.50/- was reduced and finally i was charged around 164/-..How can zomato charge double for a food item???...
