Zomato — bad language use while talking on phone and order not delivered yet

I maddy placed the oeder in zamato at 2.11 pm today.
From sita ram diwan chand resturant located at pahargfanj delhi 55 and i had made my payment online.
The person delivery man i called name was akash his mobile number is [protected].
I asked him about my order number [protected], he used very bad language and talked very harshly.
My order is not delivered yet.
I want my refund.
