Pay online 191 before deliver order. But don't have rcvd order

Continue i have talk mr gaurav zomato agent this number (Agent number-[protected]) guide location after this he is not understand my location is cancel my order due to reason my phone is not reachable. This is not my mistake so why not refund my money 191 i have want refund my money

And one more think i have calls recording agent and prem corner contact person ([protected]) i have call both of you regarding this my order not deliver
