Zomato — badami sweet restaurant

I ordered to badami sweet and restaurant and my order id is [protected]. My order was not delivered due to distance issue and i didn't get any refund also. I would like to add that how could they accept my order if the address was far for them. Kindly refund my money. It was my first experience and it turned out to be worst. It's there mistake why they accepted my order if distance was too far.
