I ordered some food from a restaurant yesterday night. The delivery person brought the package to my apartment, but he was not ready to get down from the vehicle and remained seated. He insisted that I come out of the gate to collect it, and he remained seated in his bike and told me that he was not ready to get down.
I thought this was very rude behavior and I called Zomato customer care who in turn called the delivery person and gave him instructions to get down from the vehicle and deliver the food to me. He again refused to do so and took the food and left the place.
The customer care called me and asked whether the issue was resolved, and I replied that the delivery person took the food and left the place. They were not able to say anything after that and told me that my money will be refunded.
I received the refund sometime later and I logged out of Zomato app and uninstalled it. Was this information helpful? |
