This is regarding my order on 27th jun at 6.41 pm, i have ordered 6 pizza and 3 garlic bread. Your delivery boy called me at 7.29 and 7.30 pm, due to network problem he was not able to hear me, then i called back him at 7.32, 7.38, 7.39 pm, but unable to connect.
I checked on app, it says that the delivery was cancelled as he was unable to reach me. Then i immediately did a chat with one of your staff as you do not have option to call back, i requested to send my order, but no help was given, he told me that i will not get refund also as it was my mistake.
-this is the first thing i have ever heard that customer will not get any refund if he/she does not pick up or miss the call.
-secondly your delivery boy called me twice at 7.29 and 7.30 pm, and it is very shocking that within 2 minutes when i checked the app, my order was cancelled and your staff who is sitting in office says that he has waited for 15 mins.
-as you have already received the payment in advance, your attitude towards your duty was casual... What if somebody does cash on delivery,, then it will be different..
-this is really disgusting and disappointing as you people have spoiled our yesterday's party
-earlier also we have seen on other websites that your delivery boys had customer's food
-this is way you are earning money... Just call twice and then cancel the order, i was tracking your delivery boy from starting, when he called he haven't reached laxmi nagar. We have done so many online bookings and order but haven't seen this attitude earlier.
This is disgusting. I need my refund back
