This is related to the order delivered on 13th March - 2 boxes of 500gram gujiya through Zomato. Instead i got 1kg box of the item which was of no use to me. I communicated back to Zomato who responded me on 16th March after repeated Reminders. They then arranged a conference call with Bikanervala Rajouri Garden, Branch Representative - Ganesh Choudhary who lied that he sent replacement that day. Then the Zomato representative asked me to drop. I hoped that we would resolve the issue but instead i got an email trusting the Bikanervala representative that he had sent the replacement. Clearly, he is lying, i had never received any call after that or any person came to my home for this issue.( Have CCTV footage as well). I have no interest in spending my day for this small issue but this is distrust of customer who is spending amount and other amount on the order according to his needs and it should be responsibility of Zomato and Bikanervala to close this as the mistake has been done rather to cover this by using lie and other false things just to save their face.
I hereby request full refund and penalty amount for the harassment about the issue. Was this information helpful? |
