I have ordered food in zomato but they delivered with low quality.many times i have seen hair in my food.I have complained them.they accepted that and gave refund as credits but later they blocked my account stating suspicious activity.I have quality issue so I approached customer care not for the sake of food or refund.I have asked them to revert my account a many times but they didn't .I want to order foodd but they are not allowing.please help me in this case.
