[Resolved] Zomato — blocked my account | |||||
Two days ago i ordered from Zomato and the food delivered to me was poorly packed and badly handled during delivery and hence got spilled pretty badly. I sent an email to Zomato with pictures of my order to avail a refund. At first Zomato refused the refund but somehow managed to get it later. The following day ZOMATO BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT and has been unresponsive to my emails ever since. I requested a call back, and wrote numerous emails. The amount that was refunded went to my Zomato credits because i had PAID FOR MY ORDER IN CASH. I asked Zomato to return that money as i got it in refund of a service i paid for but Zomato was unable to fulfill it. The order amount was nearly Rs.500 . This is clearly a way for Zomato to run away from paying me the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My money has been debited during Payment gateway failure, as I was keep on asking for refund. The money has been refunded till now as it's been a month. And they always say we are working on it or our concerned tem is working, but I didn't got my money back. Hope atleast this solve my issue!
