Zomato — blocked my account & isn't letting me use my zomato credits and money

I recieved an incomplete order from dastarkhwan, lucknow. When i spoke to the support, they said they'll be refunding all my money in the form of credits (₹414). Later on, i come to find that they've blocked my online application account. And are being very unresponsive since then. Kindly help me because i've tried every other way out. And also i have my money in my credits.
