Zomato — burger king cancelled paid order

I have ordered from burger king and they cancelled the paid order saying valet tried to contact me but call was not connecting. I have contacted support but the agent said that valet refused to deliver again in the rain.

I have paid extra deliver charges due to rain and after this discussion was over with no conclusion as agent refused to refund the amount. I was bound to sleep hungry after waiting from zomato as well as burger king. I was an old customer and really felt like you guys don't care for anybody once you are popular.

I totally understand that it was raining and my cell might be not in service but i received zomato messages after an hour this was order. I am developer too and this is the issue of zomato as your systems failed to send text that valet is trying to contact.

I need the refund as i am cheated and punished for using your services
