Zomato — burnt food and missing item partial refund

I ordered a dal makhani, naan and a soft drink from masala darbar through zomato. The naan i recieved were burnt and soft drink was missing. I was offerred partial refund for the same. But I don't understand my whole meal got destroyed and what's the use of curry without bread. At least a full refund would be satifying. The whole meal cost me around 130 rupees and i was offered a refund of 70. The partial refund is not justified for the service that has been provided. This feel like a betrayal.
