Rate card issue

Dear zomatto,

Please change my rate card and give a surge rate card. I am used a surge rate card but syluddenly zomatto changed the rate card. I can't follow using this rate card. Please do the needful.

Items in order is missing

Yesterday i have order chole bhature and cold drinks along with grill cheese burger having order no [protected] from mini sweet house. I have provided the item details to the delivery boy . Partial delivery of order and naot able to track it order number 3480058126 for the amount of 1917.30

We have orderd online from zomato on 23rd march 2021.
The order was placed to Dindigul venu biriyani 100 feet road coimbatore. It was a combo 0f mutton biriyani with chicken 65 two numbers for rupees 1500.
It is supposed to be 4 packets of mutton biriyani and 4 packets of chicken 65. But delivery is done with only 2 packets of biriyani and 2 packets of chicken.

Didn't receive my order and zomato showed it delivered

I lost my 608 rs the deliver boy’s phone was switched off all the way and is switched of[censored]ntil now. I have not recieved my order since saturday on the day I placed. What the hell is happening? My order no is [protected] and [protected]. I emailed zomato support but nobody is replying....

Amount deducted from bank but payment failed in Zomato.

Background check verification failed

I used the code "ZOMPAYTM" to order but I didn't received my Promised Cashback of RS25 this has actually happened to me 3-4 times but everytime I was like leave it but this is getting out of hand now. Upi refund from zomato

This is the issue of 13th march 2020.

I have applied for the zomato gold.
Which at that time they were giving on 50% discount for a year.
I purchased it for 899 via google pay.
But as the time flies i have not been able to use it.
Later i decided to file a complaint.
I mailed zomatogold team and explained everything in detail.
And they took too much time in responding with the subject...

Less food quantity

[protected] order id.
Ordered for half tandoori chicken but received only one piece. Contacted zomato support and they have refunded 92 Rs(paid 174 rs).
My question is even if parcel was exchanged, how come one piece of chicken comes under quarter chicken category? Every hotel / restaurant provides minimum 2 pieces for quarter chicken and 4pieces for half.
So i[censored] have refunded 92rs that is a worst calculation u people do....
