On 22/04/2019, I have placed an order of Rs. 97 approx. Somehow, delivery address (sector 18, Gurgaon) was mentioned wrong. I request delivery boy to deliver it at my area(sector23, Gurgaon) but he told me to wait in the meanwhile, he will talk to his support. And after 2 minutes I have got a call from Delivery support regarding the same, I have requested him to deliver it at my area, but he denied. Than I told him let me talk again with the delivery partner. As, delivery partner was ready to come in the Sector 22, Gurgaon market, and I was about to leave from my home to pick up the parcel. But Zomato cancelled my order and did not refunded back. I request them, that I did not cancelled it, why they had did it without my knowledge. It Is my loss of money, loss of time and Mental harassment. Was this information helpful? |
