I have ordered a food incorrectly in the restaurant bbq this is the first experience across and immediately i have called to the restaurant and cancelled the order and they replied as ok we have not prepared yet and you can cancel at your end in the application itself.
After disconnecting the call i have done that to without reading fully in a hurry you can see the time of acceptance since it's pre designed template's.
Order cancelled but the amount which i paid for the order not refunded i was wonder and start to contact customer service but unfortunately you do not have customer service through call and they ready to chat not in a helping way.
Why i am saying this i was clear about my mistake it was a human error i didn't notice the penalty since it's pre designed template's and i was in a rush to cancel the order but they not considering and responding the same that not possible for the reversal.
My genuine request was denied at your chat people and i am very fed up about the service provided by your chat people not considering a genuine request.
If your customer not had the food but paid the bill, do you think is that a kind of service you looking for then it's really pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
