Zomato — cancelled order but didn't get refund | |||
Due to system error. There were two order booked in zomato and payment deducted twice from my account. I cancelled one of the order and received the other one. But i didn't have any refund status yet. The zamato pepole are not responding properly and dening for refund. Please i need my money back. By i mistake, order is placed twice that why i cancelled one. Please do needful. Was this information helpful? | |||

I order food from pizza factory on 31 decide 2019. I didn't received my order.when i complain to the customer care they said money will be refunded within 4-5 days but its been 17 days i didn't get any money when i call to custom support they say due to some technical issues it's stuck but it's been 18 days since i ordered the food.
