Zomato — cancelled orders

My order was cancelled unintentionally and the delivery guy was very rude to admit it. I waited for 45mints and he said he would take 15mints to deliver. Later i went in for a while in my office and meanwhile he called two times and since phone is not allowed i failed to receive and he cancelled it.

This is so unprofessional. I work for media and i am gonna post it.
