Zomato — cancelled the order & money not refunded

Maine 28 October 2018 ko 8:16 pe Zomato ko food order kiya, hotel ne order accept kar liya aur Rs428 mere Paytm account se deduct ho gaye. Kuch der me live tracking dikhati hai your food is on the way aur kuch time baad dikhta hai hotel ne apka order cancel kar diya. Zomato wale kehte hai apka number not reachable tha isliye order cancel & amount cancelation charge me adjust ho gaya.

I ordered death by chocolate from Chef bakers on 12th oct at 12.39pm order cancelled but no refund returned as of now... Tried to contact but no response from zomato customer care...
