Zomato — cancelling my order and making me pay extra on the next order

Me and my friend had ordered from Zomato at around 9:50 they called us at 10:30 and told that the order was cancelled by which many of the restaurants would close. The worst part was I had used my coupon on the last order and then I had to pay for the next order without any discounts and I asked them to give me credits not anything extra but for the money I had already paid and the money which I had lost as discount. Then they without any manners two of their customer care executives disconnected the chats. This was not the first time and they always take customers for granted and they didn't even have the decency of atleast giving a call back after wasting their customers time. One customer executives name was Amar who was acting as if Zomato was giving me food for free. Im attaching photos of the order details and the two instances where they just ended the conversation.
