This is the second time thus happens.
First time i placed an order on zomato from Eatfit which i almost order daily from them.
Only because of one order not available they cancelled the whole order.. i told them send the other items specially that am paying cash so its easy to pay only for items available & simply cancel that one item. They said no all order calcelled. One hour waisted.
Today same thing happened. After half an hour from placing order and in app it shows preparation, again zomato called one item not available we cancel full order!!!
How is this acceptable?? If one item not there, remove it and let rest order arrive, OR immediatelly call when i placed order so i dont waist all this time waiting..
this is not logical not acceptable at all.
I am staying in India for a month and daily ordering zomato.
This is not professional.
