Zomato — careless zomato | |||
I have placed order on june 22, 2019 and app has picked wrong location which was my office location. After order has been placed (Order id - [protected]), i noticed that it has been ordered on my office address. Then i called to the restaurant phone number which was incorrect so i spoke to delivery guy then he suggested me to come and pick the order from the location. After 2 minutes of ordering he cancelled my order without consulting me also i haven't received any refund then i spoke with zomato chat/call executive then she suggested me to e-mail. They told that as per new policies for the customers which include that if the order gets canceled due to the wrong user address then a cancellation charge is levied since the food was already prepared. Aiso, i was agreed to pick my order from the location, then why the delivery guy cancelled my order, i never told him to cancel it. All this incident happened just in 2 minutes then you can prepare food within 2 minutes. I never expected such kind of behavior from zomato executive and their support team. They are completely careless about their services and employee. You have lost your one customer. Thank you for wonderful experience from your side. Was this information helpful? | |||
