Zomato — Case-ID:[#10205171#] Order ID: [protected]

I had ordered some food from Subway through Zomato on the 22nd of July 2023, unfortunately, y al the food was drenched and wet from the iced tea that had fallen on it and none of the food was eatable, I tried contacting them back but they didn't even listen to me and just cut me off, afterward I tried contacting them through Gmail, but this time they replied and told me to let this issue go and they would do better next time but this is completely wrong and my money is completely wasted.
I request that the correct authorities look over my case and help me get my money back from this company that has tried to cheat its way out of this situation.
