Zomato — Cash on Delivery disabled on my account even after multiple successful orders made through online payment

The Cash on Delivery payment option has disabled on my account for many months now.
I have made several successful orders using the online payment method but my Cash on Delivery option has still not been unlocked.
I am not even aware why it was locked in the first place.
I have written to zomato feedback multiple times but no reply has been given to me regarding this.
