Order id [protected] Order id [protected] I ordered twice from zomato on 22nd nov using code pick50 which gives 50% off on pick up orders, i paid rs150 and rs153 for orders but i did not recieved the cashback till now. I contacted zomato customer support but they are just saying that they will escalate matter but still no cashback till date. I wasted a lot of my time due to this and i am mental agony. Kindly help me in getting my cashback and zomato lost a loyal customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had ordered from keventers with a promocode in zomato.I found after ordering I had not received my cashback and hence was enquiring about it.Suddenly I found that my order was cancelled and the whole order amount has been deducted as cancellation charges.The reason mention that I was unreachable via phone.
