My order went to a different address and the driver refused to come 1.5kms from there to the correct location. He asked rs.50 extra above the charges that i had already paid and when i refused he took the food and left and zomato did not even give me my money back. The customer support is not helpful at all and they gave the delivery guy a choice to deliver my food or not and he clearly said that he is not going to come anywhere.
