Zomato — cheating. order cancelled not giving refund

I ordered sub from zomato today from [protected]. However, the order was rejected by them on their own and when i enquired they said they wont refund as they cancelled order as i was non responsive. I never received any call from them.. Moreover i had paid online and the locality was a prime location of south delhi which was not difficult at all for delivery boy. I am absolutely annoyed with this behaviour of zomato and i urge my refund plus compensation over and above refund. Absolutely unprofessional. Contact me at [protected]/[protected]/[protected]
