Zomato — company refuses to credit amount into account | |||
Ordered from Behrouz Biryani on 6/7/19. Order ID: [protected]. Partial order was delivered. After contacting the customer support, they agreed that it was a miss. When asked to credit the Rs.200/- amount into my account, they wanted to instead credit it into their Zomato wallet. I will not be using Zomato again. This is cheating. They cannot refuse to give back money for something they did not provide. Was this information helpful? | |||
