Zomato — complain about irritating customer support and pathetic service

Zomato uses any mistakes by customers to its best and start charging cancellation fees. Reached out to customer care in seconds and they said since you have pressed cancel you will be. Just wanted to reorder from Zomato credit (which I had got due to another pathetic experience)
Zomato experience and customer service is so pathetic and irritating.

Updated by Ravi Ranjan Shrivastav Was charged cancellation fees in seconds and after explaining multiple times also they were just repeating same lines.

No wonder Thier customer satisfaction on this website is 23%.

They had given Zomato credit during last mishap (by them) was the only reason to use this app.

But again it made me realise it's so pathetic experience.

Currently as per them I have to pay Rs. 317 to Zomato.

And obviously due to Thier pathetic chat service only I wasted my 1+ hours in explaining them. Which again was a mistake. I should have known this company has been declining on its services.

They had screwed my Zomato gold membership price as well. Where I didn't get any discount after applying referral from my friend. They said you didn't allow.. Thier system had issues. And it was put up on me.
