I further submit that i and my family were ready to have dinner which we ordered trusting your services and surprisingly when we received the order and opend the box we found chicken biryani having very bad smell and its very poisonous and unhygienic. That, immediately the same was brought to the notice of your Employees/Executives along with pics and i requested them to take back that unhygienic food and refund my amount but to my uttershock your Employees/Executives instead of Refunding my amount started sending me copy paste templates(may be given to them by your comapny).
That i have contacted your Employees/Executives more than three times but all my efforts in vain. I have also warned them to connect me to seniors or immediately arrange call back but i received the same copy paste templates and also rude responses from your Employees/Executives.
That, instead of solving the problem of the above your Employees/Executives started communicating with me very rudely and unprofessionally, arrogantly which is not accepted by me or will not be accepted by any customer. I have repeatedly told them to speak properly but they did not. In spite of my repeated requests to solve the issue your Employees/Executives were avoiding the same.
I further submit that your Employees/Executives were doing the above acts deliberately and unprofessionally avoided refund of my requests. My wife, 2 kids and myself were left tortured, mentally harrased(mental agony) and were helpless even after paying the amount via Google Pay in advance.
I submit that in pursuance of the said illegal action, you have caused mental agony/loss to me which cannot be compensated by any means. The act of commission and omissions of yours Employees/Executives is intentional and deliberate and amounts to initiate appropriate legal action both Civil and criminal and also amounts deficiency in service and unfair trade practice and I am restrained to initiate appropriate proceedings against you for the relief available to me according to law.
Under these circumstances, I am finally giving you opportunity to firstly refund my amount and secondly take strict action against all the Employees/Executives who have communicated with me rudely & unprofessionally for the above mentioned order with written reply regarding the action taken and finally also need written apology from all the Employees/Executives who have communicated with me for the above mentioned order and acts done by them, failing which you will only be held responsible for all the costs and consequences.
