I have very bad experience on oct 9th, the order number is [protected] and [protected] both time ordered the food at night 10pm and 11pm, when my first order never move status from food prepared after 1 hour status is it got delivered. I contacted customer care and refunded money. They told order the food again, so i did again at 11pm. The customer care told me order will receive with 20min and they went offline. I got call from restaurant at 12am and they said sorry our restaurant was closed. I tried to reach customer care and no one responded. I was night shift i struggled whole night with out food. After 24 hours got money refund and after 48 hours customer care replied for my complaint and saying simple apologies. Then what about my struggle whole night? If restaurant not available why order accepted twice? And they are not refunded full amount they charged cancellation charges. I want make complaint against them, i want fight until got justice. I am sharing all worst with zomato service in all social media and blogs.
