Bikanervala Rajouri Garden - Wrong Item and Order

Hi Team,

This is related to the order delivered on 13th March - 2 boxes of 500gram gujiya through Zomato. Instead i got 1kg box of the item which was of no use to me. I communicated back to Zomato who responded me on 16th March after repeated Reminders. Free delivery promised on Zomato gold but it is not free,

I tried ordering through zomato in Erode amman mess restaturant chennai,
upon ordering i got prompt to subscribe Zomato gold, which i did to avail free delivery which it did not and there is no option for me to get a refund of the zmount which i paid

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent charges applied to my deliveries, even though I have subscribed to Zomato Gold, which explicitly promises "unlimited free delivery."

I have been using the Zomato Gold membership with the understanding that this would cover delivery charges, as advertised. However, I was recently charged for delivery despite my membership, which I believe goes against the terms of the service.

Could you kindly clarify why these charges were applied and whether this is an error? I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and rectify the issue.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this concern.

I have bought this Zomato gold today, refreshed my account and ensured that Gold membership reflected yet delivery fee is not waived off.

    Food ordered was not up to mark

    Food ordered was heavy spicy and lot of chilly made my heart burn and I already mentioned in my ordered instructions that no chilly & less spice and still the made it so spicy and top of it so many forceful taxes and donations & I had to edit the bill section as I'm paying for the food and not getting it free of cost from any food banks....

    Zomato app has an issue which even uber and ola have resolved in their apps. I ordered a food item and I could see that default address was 30 kms away and I immediately went to change the address and app did not allow me. I had chat with zomato care and they could not resolve. Then I spoke to the restaurant and even offered that I can pay for additional delivery charge and they refused, then I had to cancel my order worth rs. 688.02 and reorder around my nearby location. My order no was [protected] dated 31-Jan-25, 9.50 pm. My phone [protected].

    I am sure nazeer would have given this to another customer :)
