I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order. On 31st August 2024 I ordered a Tandoori Chicken Tikka Roll, which was advertised with a buy one get one free offer, as shown in the attached screenshot. However, I did not receive the additional free Tikka Roll.I attempted to resolve this issue through your automated customer service system, but unfortunately, it was unable to address my complaint. As this was a Zomato promotion, I cannot hold the restaurant responsible for not providing the free item.This situation constitutes a failure to honor the advertised offer and is a breach of customer trust. I request that Zomato investigate this matter and provide appropriate compensation of 1 lac for the unfulfilled promotion or else il have to reach out to consumer forum with this complaint.
