Dear sir..
I have a small wedding photography business. & this is wedding season going on therefor i worked hard till late night. No time to eat food. This is the reason i ordered my food last night on zomato. Around at 10 pm.
When i ordered on ur app. I realized that something wrong with ur payment management still i go further step just bcz i was very hungry. I ordered deduct rs.400 from my paytm account. Suddenly i show that my orders was not placed.& decided to call ur customer care but i did not found on ur app. So i did chat with ur customer service section. Where ur customer representative took about 30 min to get in touch with me.
I told all story mentioned above he said ur money get back to u within 24 to 48 hours. Or buy with other card.
How can i buy with other card im not like a nirav modi or vijay malya who has numbers of accounts or card.
Even last amount left in my paytm which i wanted to buy a rail ticket after 12:30am for my uncle how can i waste that money to buy my food u can understand. & all this not even fake story i telling u all happened this with i have all evidence.
Any way lets to the point i m mail all this just bcz of not my money just bcz what service provide you u have to take care of this. U r the responsible person to solve customers problems, service u provide etc.
Its almost 24 hours now & still im not got my money back.
When i buy something from online many companies have return policies customer returned their product & still get their refund back in just 12 hours.
U just doing service providing business & not selling still ur company lack of poor servicing somewhere in ur system.
U r businessman think about all this twice its a small matter for u but"small sparks is enough to burn entire jungle"
I hope u understand me. Keep & make sure u ll improve ur customer service for other customers after reading this mail.
