I have ordered Momos via Zomato app on 7th oct 2023 at midnight. App mentioned that they will provide a coupon for delayed delivery. The order was delayed by 4 mins. But they pretend as if they are not late. I didn't get a convincing reply from zomato. I have artifacts against them. Hence I would like to take consumer complaints forum. Please take action against them and do the needful. Thank you.
