[Resolved]  Zomato — customer support is unprofessional and cannot solve the issue

I have placed an order with Keventers on Monday with Zomato. The order came to me was half eaten or it was not prepared well. I had a chat with customer support where they don't have a little concern or respect towards customer. They are very harsh in responding to the query. As a customer we face issue but as a company should take care of such scenarios. I have payed and i have right to ask but they simply say they escalated the issue to the restaurant and they will make sure not to repeat again like this. The support i was taking to the person was very rude, they say do what ever you want to do with the food. Is this the reply we expect when pay them. Then what about my money which i payed to them, are they not fully responsible for that. I have clearly said them am not going to take this order but the support guy doesn't listen anything except the escalated sentence repeatedly. As i payed and i am not satisfied with the food how can i accept the order. I need to have refund of this order. also take action against the support chat team whom i had a chat with. Basically no one wants to have that type of reply in a customer chat. Hope they will take action against the person whom i had a chat.
