Zomato — damaged/ crushed parcel refund not given | |||
Order no : [protected] So i have order 2 burgers and 2 chicken twister from zomato and i have received them in crushed state and already shared pictures with zomato but they are not providing any resolution to me. This is the second time i am facing this issue with zomato. They haven't refunded any amount for my past order too, they just replied that "we will pass the feedback" They replied via text : Sorry, you had trouble with your order. Get flat ₹77.5 off on your next prepaid zomato order. Use code xxxxxxxxx. Validity 30 days. Rceived a text from zomato and this is not a proper resolution to my issue. I order food and due high delivery time I cancelled it but there charged me complete amount of INR 357 which is not acceptable . And mentioned that due food wastage .. this invalid reasons.
