Zomato — declined ordered from restaurant still refund not initiated | |||||
Hi team, This is in refernce to "zomato" a platform to order food online. I ordered 2 orders from on 11th sep'19 1 from biryani blues & 2 from chilly china. Biryani blues order was dleivered while another (Chilly china) order was not delivered. Although i got call from both the delivery boy i reached destination by got order from biryai blues. I called multiple times to 2nd delivery boy i. E. From chilly china order i didn't get any response. Post some time the status of my order changes not deliverd as resaturant deliclined my order attached screenshot for your refernce. They don't have customer service no. I tried to reach them through multiple channel zomato chat, twitter, mail. All time they are changing there statement and till date have not given any resolution and have not initiated my refund.
