Zomato — deducted amount for an order which I had cancelled in two minutes

I had ordered a natural icecream pack from zomato. But just after ordering i realised, i had put in the wrong address and hence i went ahead to cancel it. They said they cannot cancel it as it was already prepared. This is not true. An icecream pack is ready to eat and needs no preparation. I understand that you have started processing the order so you can levy a cancellation fee, but charging the entire amount as cancellation is not fair for any consumer. Hence, i would like to lodge a complaint on such faulty policies.
