Zomato — deducted entire bill amount as penalty

Hi,
I ordered subway on zomato but due to it was taking too long more than 40 mins so i had to cancel my order within 2 mins after placing order but zomato deducted entire bill amount as penalty and did not refund anything. This is highly offensive and cheating with consumer. I would requesg to take strong action against such issues.
